Intro call

What happens in 30 minutes.

The intro call isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a structured diagnosis: we listen, ask three or four precise questions, place your situation in our method framework, and tell you whether — and which — of our services fits. If nothing fits, we say that too.

How it runs

    You describe your situation (10 min)

    What’s the concrete trigger? A regulatory requirement, an EU customer’s procurement questions, investor reporting, an internal AI-governance discussion, or a suspicion of bias in a production system?

  2. 02

    We ask clarifying questions (10 min)

    Three or four precise questions that place your situation in our framework — AI inventory, risk classes, your role under the Act, existing governance structures, value commitments.

  3. 03

    We give an honest read (10 min)

    Whether you’re likely in scope, which role you hold, what the sensible first step is — and whether that step is with us or somewhere else.
